International Airmail shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship from Taipei, Taiwan via our national post office Chunghwa Post. Most orders are shipped 3 to 7 days after order is placed. Actual delivery time will depend on your local post office. If your country is not on the list, please send us a message via the Contact Us form at the top right corner.
Custom Duties and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any custom duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Update as of July 2026 for buyers in the EU: Please note that all orders will ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) from outside the European Union. By placing an order, you agree that you are fully responsible for all import fees levied by your local customs authority and post office upon arrival. Estimated fees include (but not limited to) your local VAT, flat rate EU customs duty and carrier handling fees.
Update as of June 2026 for buyers in the US: We are now processing US orders via the post office with tariffs prepaid. The prices are final and no additional payment is required at delivery.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
We understand that plans may change, and we’re happy to assist with order cancellations when possible. However, please note that Payment Processing Fees Are Non-Refundable. When a transaction is processed through PayPal (or any other payment gateway), a non-refundable processing fee is charged by the payment provider. If you request a cancellation, this fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us first for shipping instructions, within 7 days of receiving the order.
All items must be returned in their original state. This means the product should be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging must be included.
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, all returned packages must be mailed with tracking with 7 days of receiving your order. This tracking information should be provided to us once the item has been shipped. This helps us to verify the return and process your refund promptly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is returned in its original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit of the cost of the item(s) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Original and return shipping costs, import fees and penalties due to Refusal of Delivery will be deducted from your refund.
