Frequently asked questions

Tracking has not updated from “Departure from outgoing office”, is the package stuck in Taiwan?

No, “departure from outgoing office” means that the package has departed.

Please visit http://postserv.post.gov.tw/pstmail/main_mail.html with your tracking number to see the destination office your package has been sent to. You may also wish to send us a message for this information and we’ll be happy to do the checking for you.

For buyers in the United States, the next relevant custom information available online has to be updated by USPS. We have continuous updates from UK, France, Japan and Singapore but unfortunately not from USPS for tracking numbers that begin with RA or RR.

We can, however, send an Official Inquiry with USPS for confirmation if a package has been delivered or not.

What do you mean Taiwan is not China?

Exactly that: Taiwan IS NOT China.

Your order is coming from Taipei, Taiwan. We are an island country located south-west of Japan. Due to political history, Taiwan is officially known as the Republic of China but TAIWAN IS NOT CHINA.

The original government was displaced and replaced by the PRC in 1949. After losing the mainland, the government evacuated to Taiwan and made Taipei the capital of the country.

Taiwan has its own currency, widely accepted passport, postage stamps, internet TLD, armed forces and constitution with an independently elected president.

Taiwan is not China.
